A Real Validator was developed by Liam Quinn. Liam is a founding member of the Web Design Group, where he developed the WDG HTML Validator, an online, open-source HTML validation service. He also authored the site's HTML 4.0 Reference (included in A Real Validator) and Guide to Accessibility.
